So, what is the consensus on uploading different versions of podfic? I'm recording something at the moment and I'm going to add music breaks and probably the message noise for the phones - but I know some people prefer to listen to podfic without that kind of thing so figured I would upload both versions - just the straight read and the music added ( Read more... )

Maybe I'm crazy, but I want to try a story that incorporates a fair amount of an animalistic alien language. The language is said to be unpronounceable by humans. How exactly should I approach this? I have considered recording my pet cat, or just doing my best to sound as un-human as possible. Any better ideas? I'd really appreciate it!
